Birchwood Cafe & Meadow Store: A New Chapter for the Snowy Community Markets

In September 2024, Birchwood Cafe and Meadow Store proudly partnered to take the reins of the Snowy Community Markets, making it our own.

Originally established through the dedicated efforts of Gem Gardner, the market had grown into a much-loved and meaningful event for the Snowy Mountains community.

The shared carpark between Meadow Store and Birchy’s Kiosk proved to be the ideal location to relaunch the market on a regular basis offering ample parking, accessible facilities, and plenty of seating for all to enjoy.

Our first market dates at the new venue were a resounding success, with stallholders and visitors alike soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and celebrating the return of this beloved event.
