Returns Policy

We want our customers to be beyond happy with their purchase from us.
So if you're not satisfied with the item we send for any reason, you can simply return it (un-worn, with tags attached) for exchange or refund*.
We'll allow up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped to you.
You can shop with confidence at Meadow Store. 

*30 Days Return for Exchange or Refund
Returning items need to be in new, un-worn condition with tags attached.
The opportunity for exchange is subject to the availability of requested product.
A refund applies to the cost of returned product only. Any postage paid by the customer and sent by Meadow Store cannot be applied as a refund.
Regrettably, items that were purchased with more than a 20% discount off the recommended retail price cannot be accepted by Meadow Store for exchange or refund.

We'll need; your name, order number, the items you'd like to return and the items you'd like to exchange with.
We'll reply ASAP to supply you with your returns form and our returning address details.

To return for refund
, please email us at hello@meadowstore.com.au with "return for refund request" in the subject line. Please also detail your name and order number in the email body.
We'll reply ASAP to supply you with your returns form and our returning address details.

Faulty Items
We stock only the highest quality products at Meadow Store, but if you believe you've found a manufacturing fault in your purchased item, please alert us as soon as you can.
Take a picture of the problem and send us an email with a short explanation to hello@meadowstore.com.au 
We'll be in contact as soon as we've uncovered a solution for you.
