The 'Australia's Alpine Meadows' digital print was designed specifically for Meadow Store by local graphic designer and friend, Leah Foster of Everyday Leeway.
The beautiful landscape depicted is inspired by the tussocky alpine meadows surrounding 'Blue Lake' in the Kosciuszko National Park, NSW. In the warmer months, the alpine daisies and other wildflowers spring up around the lake. This peaceful, naturally spectacular spot, will always inspire us to protect our local environment in any way we can.
The text 'The grass is greener where you water it' reminds us to look after our own backyard first, even when the world's environmental problems seem overwhelming, that it is possible to make small changes, close to home, that have significant positive impact.
